X11 Rig Rental, Based in London - Air Conditioned

It is extremely rare for our rig to experience downtime during the rental.  However, we ALWAYS compensate downtime with double the amount of time the rig was down for! For e.g. if the rig is down for 1 hour during the rental we will compensate for 2 hours. 

We DO NOT compensate if your pool is offline.  It is your responsibility to make sure your pool is online!
